Reviews at BYOU

The label Verified booking should only appear when BYOU can connect the reviewer to a completed paid booking on the platform. A review without that check must not use the label.

BYOU does not invent reviews or present marketing examples as customer experiences.

Reviews may be checked for spam, personal data, threats, discrimination and content unrelated to the booked service. A critical opinion is not removed merely because it is negative.

Professionals may report a review for investigation. Any decision should focus on these published rules rather than the review score.

Ratings on Apple, Google Play or an independent review platform belong to those platforms and may change. BYOU links to the current listing rather than copying a rating that can become outdated.

When BYOU invites reviews, the invitation should be neutral and available after completed bookings without a reward for a positive score. Employees and professionals should not review BYOU as if they were customers.
