BYOU methodology

A public profile is a professional page that an unauthenticated visitor can read. It does not mean the professional currently has a bookable time available.

Approved identifies a professional accepted for platform participation. The detailed verification process still requires confirmation; approval alone does not establish a licence, expertise or guaranteed availability.

A bookable professional is an approved professional with at least one service and an available booking option. Public profile counts and bookable professional counts may therefore differ.

Registered accounts are registrations, not active or bookable professionals, paying customers or completed bookings. Founder reported account totals require a dated production export before they can be called independently verified. This website does not publish unsupported totals.

An active user should only be reported with a stated measurement period and a defined qualifying action. BYOU does not publish an active user total on this website without that context and supporting records.

A verified review is feedback that BYOU can connect to a completed paid booking. Reviews from other platforms are attributed to those platforms and are not combined into a BYOU score without an explained method.

Professionals set their own prices. A listed individual service price does not establish a global starting price. Counts and ratings are omitted when BYOU cannot support them with current records.
