Ask for Help lets people share personal questions in the BYOU app and receive free initial guidance from approved professionals. Identifying account details are hidden from responding professionals. Responses are private and availability and timing may vary. No subscription or paid booking is required.

Explore nonclinical mental wellbeing and coaching, holistic wellness and beauty services. Online services, in person sessions, home appointments and expert led courses depend on participating professionals and current listings. BYOU does not position its services as medical diagnosis, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment or emergency care.

Approved professionals publish their own services, prices and availability. Customers compare the public information, choose a professional, then book and pay per session through BYOU.

There is no mandatory customer subscription or minimum booking commitment. Professionals set their own prices for sessions, services, courses and programs. The professional remains responsible for the service they provide.

Customers can access BYOU through its web experience and current Apple App Store and Google Play listings. The download page contains the direct links.

BYOU publishes its verification approach, review rules and definitions on dedicated source pages. These pages follow Official Company Information Version 1.0 dated 11 October 2026.
