Who can become a BYOU expert?+
Independent coaches, wellbeing professionals, mindfulness teachers, breathwork facilitators, nutrition experts, yoga teachers, beauty professionals and holistic practitioners. We welcome independent professionals with relevant credentials and experience.
What does it cost to join BYOU?+
Experts may join without an upfront membership fee, subject to platform approval and applicable terms. Review the current expert agreement for applicable fees and payout terms.
Is there really no upfront cost?+
Founder approved positioning allows joining without an upfront membership fee, subject to approval and applicable terms. Other fees and payment implementation require confirmation.
How does the commission work?+
Founder approved positioning specifies 30% for a new client introduced by BYOU, 7% for a repeat booking within 90 days and 7% for an expert introduced client. Alignment with live payments and current agreements remains unverified. The 90 day start date, attribution and referral treatment after day 90 require confirmation. Ask BYOU for the applicable agreement before joining.

Do I need to pay monthly?+

Can I offer online and in-person sessions?+
Eligible online, in person and home services depend on approval, service scope, location and actual availability.
What kinds of services can I list?+
You can propose nonclinical wellbeing and coaching services, mindfulness and meditation, breathwork, nutrition guidance, fitness training, beauty services and holistic wellness offerings.
Does BYOU help me get clients?+
BYOU supports discovery through published profiles and services. Profile publication does not guarantee bookings or new clients.
What are the upsells for experts?+
Specific education, mentoring and growth offers, their prices and availability require confirmation. They are not presented here as live programs.
Do I have to buy mentoring or masterclasses?+
No education purchase is required by the approved positioning. Ask about any currently offered programs and applicable terms.
How long does onboarding take?+
Application review, approval and service publication timing may vary. Ask BYOU about your application status.
Can I grow my business through BYOU?+
The marketplace can help people discover your profile and available services. No growth or booking outcome is guaranteed; education offers require confirmation.
